Step 1) Merchants should first contact their Acquirer or Processor that offers acceptance of Discover cards. Please refer to your account statement for contact information:

If you contract directly with Discover as your Acquirer or Process, please proceed to Step 2.

Step 2) Please complete and submit the Code of Conduct Inquiry Form:

Step 3). If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction by your Acquirer or Processor as set forth in Step 1, you may complete and submit the Code of Conduct Inquiry Form:
