Money Moccasins – Banking, Indigenous Money Management

In this session, Theodora will discuss “Banking” with participants. Banks can be intimidating places, but when you’re equipped with financial literacy, they don’t have to be. Theodora Warrior is our first Indigenous Financial Facilitator and has been working with Momentum since 2019. A proud Blackfoot member of the Piikani Nation from Treaty 7 region. She is a passionate Financial Empowerment Facilitator who recognizes the unique base line of her people. Her goal is to deliver financial literacy to her Indigenous communities to empower them for today so they can empower their children for tomorrow.
